On 2015 between November or October Me n my Wife bought a three piece deffy stove on credit card. Mid 2016 we notice a left hand back place has a crack, we lay a complaint to the shop and the shop ask us a serial number of the stove which we couldn't manage to get that number cause the stove was already in our build in cupboard.
They send peoples to take a pic of the stove and get that serial, but they didn't manage to get it. we try to lay the compliant until 2017 At last the Manager of the shop told us that, they couldn't help us cause they did not get the serial number. I was surprise cause the shop couldn't help us for sake of serial and I believe that also the shop suppose to make means to get that number and also why the number not appear on paper work by the time we bought this stove.
